We have defined our mission as helping companies improve their performance through application of networking technology.

By performance we mean being able to do things better and faster – faster decision making, faster communication, faster service to customers, reduced costs and improved profits.  All the things that we believe networking should deliver.  We believe that if technology does not improve performance – it is not needed.

Our second mission is to produce world-class networking professionals.  Industry-ready professionals.  Ready to serve anywhere in the world – professionals who are as comfortable working in Baltimore as in Bangalore, as comfortable working in Chicago as in Chandigarh. World-class networking professionals.

When we say professionals ready to serve anywhere in the world, we mean it – we do not just provide networking training but also soft-skills training which is as different from run-of-the mill training as piano music different from factory noise.  World-class soft-skills training designed to help people perform with cool confidence, anywhere in the world.

TIIT stands for TNS Institute of Information Technology.  We are a part of TNS group. TNS was formed in 1993 by a group of technocrats having a passion for excellence to provide the industry with world class networking solutions. TNS is a system integrator.  It has six branches.

We  offers courses, which provide training on Microsoft platforms (Windows Server 2003 and Exchange Server 2003), Linux (Redhat), Cisco technologies (Routers, Cisco ASA Firewalls), DSL Broadband networking, and SUN Microsystems and  checkpoint firewall

We specialize in providing premium training in the areas of internetworking Technology (including Convergent Networks using Data/Voice technologies, Wireless/Optical Networks and Storage Area Networks), Operating System, and Security/Firewalls.

We are different from the crowd by miles in at least two major ways – one, the depth in which we cover courses and two, the whole treatment of training.  A good analogy would be the way IIT Delhi or IIM seek to differentiate themselves from others.  They cover courses in more depth and the way the teach is different, way different.  They are islands of excellence and we just wish to expand the island a little bit.
