CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) is an intermediate-level Cisco certification for IT professionals Who validate a professional for install, configure, and troubleshoot local and wide area networks for enterprise / Global organizations with networks from 100 to more than 5000 nodes. Network Professionals who achieve the CCNP have demonstrated the knowledge and skills required to manage the routers and switches that form the Core, Distribution and Access layer of networks/internetwork as well as integrate edge applications like: voice, wireless, and security into the network. The CCNP Certification has as its prerequisite the CCNA/CCDA and covers content such as Advance Routing protocol (OSPF, BGP, ISIS, IP multicast, IP v6, Advance Switching concepts, MPLS, quality of service (QoS), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), broadband technologies and wireless technologies.
